    Introduction to steel mill cylinder:

    steel mill cylinder piston rod material selection and technical requirements: (I), because there is no special requirements, so use 45 steel as the piston rod material, the design of the piston rod only withstand pressure stress, so no modulation processing; (ii) The coaxial tolerance of the shaft journal and the outer circle of the mounting piston is not greater than 0.01mm, so as to ensure the coaxial degree of the outer circle of the piston rod and the outer circle of the piston, and avoid the stuck phenomenon of the piston and the steel mill cylinder, the piston rod and the guide. The vertical tolerance between the end face of the mounting piston and the axis of the piston rod is not more than 0.04mm/100mm to ensure that the piston installation does not produce skew; (iii) The outer circle of the piston rod should pay attention to the roughness; (iv) Because it is operated under low load conditions, surface treatment is omitted.

    Before the steel mill cylinder is removed, the relief valve should be loosened to reduce the pressure of the hydraulic circuit to zero, and then the power supply should be cut off to stop the hydraulic device. After loosening the oil port piping, the oil plug should be applied to plug the oil port.

    1, the hydraulic machinery should be kept clean, in order to prevent dust and debris from falling into the oil, the tank should be sealed. 2, the oil in the tank should be replaced regularly according to the working condition. When changing the oil, the dirt and impurities accumulated at the bottom of the tank should be removed and the tank should be cleaned. 3, hydraulic oil, oil drums should be set in a clean and safe place to strengthen management. The oil drum, oil filter, oil funnel, oil pipe, etc. used should be kept clean. The oil drums for loading hydraulic oil must be cleaned in advance, and the oil drums should be dedicated and not mixed with other oil drums.

    Do not regularly check the damage of the chrome layer of the steel mill cylinder: completely extend the steel mill cylinder and carefully check whether there is any surface damage such as injury, strain, welding slag, such as the surface damage position, in the steel mill cylinder block < 20cm, and the damage depth < 5mm, should be repaired in time to prevent long-term damage to the steel mill cylinder seal. Welding slag is strictly prohibited on the surface of the steel mill cylinder.

    The piston rod of the cylinder is required to extend synchronization: install A shunt collector valve or synchronous motor at port A of the direction control valve, and then connect the two outlets of the shunt collector valve to the rod-free cavity of the two cylinders respectively.
